Before I download the game, is there any pvp at all? If there is how is it? good/bad?

Serphet you should really consider making that smaller.

[simple explanation]
Anyway, I believe consensual PvP is allowed everywhere and pk\'ing is only allowed in certain places (arenas, some dungeons, etc..)

there will be PvP - but not in the sense that you can run up to people and start bashing them to their surprise and dismay

At the current state not only is there no PvP there?s no battle system at all.  This is an alpha stage program were all you can do is look for crystals and do a few quests.  Hopefully some of this will be incorporated in the next revision.
