when you launch psclient.exe you have a button \"create\", just create your character (don\'t worry about the stats for now, they\'re not effective since it\'s a pre alpha version, and your character will be erased for the next version in a few months). At the end of the character creation, enter your password, confirm it, click ok, and your account should be created :-)
edit : Don\'t expect too much for now, the game is great as a technical demo of what it could be in the future, but you can\'t fight or gain experience yet, and there\'s only one city with one dungeon to explore.
