are there any tech support people?

The game is free; i.e. so nobody is getting paid ? most of the tech stuff is answered by the devs who are volunteering their time.  Please be patient and someone should be able to help you as soon as they can.

Evanchild, I agree with you, but the insult was definitely not necessary. This poor guy is obviously keen to get his game working and nobody could answer his technical problem. I can understand his frustration and impatience- so please, don\'t make yourself look bad.

thanks mogura....and i\'m sorry if i came off negatively. i just was trying to figure it out myself for 4 hours before i posted...i honestly wasnt sure if there were tech support people that is why i asked.

No problem Guitartrix, but there are just simply problems that we don\'t really know what the solution is.  There are some things that we can try to fix but there are just some issues that we have no real idea on what the problem could be.   We can just give out the general answers like make sure your drivers are up to date and make sure you have enough RAM.

But aside from that it\'s very hard for us to fix problems that we cannot reproduce here.  Hopefully as more people get involved there can be more people to test and perhaps even play around with the code itself to help track down the bugs.  All I can say is that if it is consistently slow/broken and you\'ve spent some time on the forums then you may be out of luck with this version.  Hopefully newer versions will run better.
