Help with the firewall thing

at first i got the link dead thing then i got passed that with the 203.81.47.74 ip address.

Now i have a new problem involving the database, can anyone tell me how to check if i\'m behind a firewall and if so how to deactivate it.

If you don\'t know if you have a firewall, chances are your personal computer does not have one, but if you are on some kind of a network, like a school or buisness, they could be running their own firewall, in which case you can\'t disable it.
In other words, why do you think its a firewall issue? If you connected at all it is not.
