Game Crash

Ok i downloaded everything. installed everything. updated everything. but i cant even get into the game. I open game in OpenGL mode i hear sounds but then it crashes and give me thi crap

psclient.exe has generated errors and will be shutdown by windows

i cant open anything else, safe mode or setup.

It seems you didn\'t load the opengl, but instead the software one.
By the way, do psclient -verbose and paste his output,  it\'s more helpful :)
