Good, stop trying to lecture the devs about something they already know and leave.

Well, if you are willing to discount it so quickly for this issue then I don\'t think there is much I can do to change your mind.  Let me know what other games you come across.

Uh, you migh want to check your definiton again- open source is about code and programs. Planeshift is an open source game, if you want to make your own game, you could take anything you wanted to from the source, as long as you attribute them properly.
It is NOT an open content game however- open content is a hard thing to find anywheres.
I don\'t see anything wrong with Planeshifts liscences, or the website.

Because I won\'t contribute my time and effort to one that isn\'t.

If you don\'t like it, then go and make your own game fully open source. Spend your time and effort on that, then show us. Otherwise, your arguments are a waste of bandwidth.

Read the part \"The reasons behind it\" at: http://www.planeshift.it/pslicense.html ..
It clearly states why they chose for the license they have right now ..
