When you say it does not respond, do you mean it locked up your computer, or the program crashes, or it gives you a error, or it just takes a long time? Those are completely differnt problems, but the last one is the simplest, just wait a while cause the first time you load up it has to calculate some stuff.

Well, I see you went all out on posting those system specs.
Must have taken you at least 3 seconds.
I can tell you are dedicated to getting help.

Hmmm, I forget whatyou can do to find out in windows, it might say it when your computer first boots up. Since you have 196mb ram, you should have a fast enough computer, right clikc on the desktop, click on properties, then settings, advanced, and finally adapter to find out your graphics card.

4mb... *shudder* Definitely too low. You must have a 5 year old computer or something. x_x

Well, if your processor is fast, you just need a newer vidieo card- find some freind who wants a top of the line model, and convince them to give you their old one for $50, it might happen.
Also, I haven\'t tried out modifying the config file, but it might be possible to lower the video memory required. Of course, then everything would look like big blocks.
