cant connect

Hey everyone, I was looking for an online community. I created my character but was unable to log on. It says there is an error in my account to check the forum on how to fix it. Anyone have any clue on what i should do?

When your connexion fails during the upload, your account is corrupted server-side. You should delete it then recreate another.
