i freeze on the loading screen

i just made a char, and it freezes on the loading screen. i just updated, and deleted 2 chars because they were \"bad\" can someone please help me

Just let it sit there for awhile, it\'s been known to take rather long to load the first time.

Leave it alone for about an hour and see if it has done anything yet.
