Hmmm. Now This is what i have been witing for.
« on: October 15, 2003, 04:49:29 am »
Greetings all. My Name is I3lack Templar (Formalities, bah) and i heard of this game from a friend of mine. I must tell you i am quite intrigued. U see i just recently got into reading my Dads old DnD books from the 80\'s.
What realy got me into this game was the fact it is First person and not third, that you can play as a reptile race, that there is Male and female Distinctions (unlike other MMORPG\'s like Pristontale) and quite frankly, the fact that it is all free (Unlike other MMORPG\'s like RO)
I am quite Facinated with the Krylos race. Im going to be upfront: I LOVE REPTILES! What got me really hooked was the fact you can play as a reptile race.
Just 1 question though, When will Crystal Blue Be ready for Download? Im gonna wait till the Krylos are available before i play this game in earnest.
Well, when Crystal Blue comes out and you all need to find me, Just look for a Big ol Krylos that goes by the name of Skaarj Der\'akoon.

Well, thank you for your time and i am sure i will feel very welcomed here.

Oh ya and about my Subject

*Well, this is what i have been Waiting for*

sorry for the typo

To live, seeking death is a pointless endevour. But to die, seeking life, is a warriors greatest dream. Soon, all will know the name of Skaarj Der\'akoon

Sorry, you might have to wait a few months. I\'m glad that you took the time to inform yourself about the game, unlike some people *glances towards wgray0126*.
DnD roxxors your soxxors! It\'s a soxxor roxxor! Like Planeshift!

Actualy Planeshift Being like DnD is one of the reasons why i got into Planeshift

Oh ya funny DnD story.

I just made my first Character, a fighter.

I go into a Dungeon. And what happens? he gets killed by a goblin with a lucky roll of 6 (Incedently my Fighter only had 6 HP)

my next Character wiped out the entire Cave

Oh ya and i read wgray0126 post.

Dude dont enter a Forum and start making Suggestions and throwing your opinion around like its currency. Its a fast way for people to shun and avoid you.

Probably none of my bussiness but hey, thats my 2 cents worth.

I don\'t know about you, but  I would hold on to my currency instead of throwing it around...

You know, that is the best introduction we\'ve had from someone in a long time, you actually took the time to write something up.

With that being said I welcome you to PlaneShift, hope you\'ll enjoy it and hang around.

Oh, and on a side note: it\'s Klyros, not Krylos.

Before I welcome you BT i\'d like to know if you have any inclinations towards the dark side? Let me also clarify that regardless of your response you will be welcome but each will prompt a different variation of my greetings.

I\'ll leave now. Unfortunately every thread the Cabal posts on becomes corrupted (so strong and contagious is our strain of corruption :D)  but I hope your\'s doesnt suffer the same fate.

To moogie -

Awwww! dont lose hope moogie. Someday you\'ll be able to charge and harass all these losers for the game;). Meanwhile here take two bucks *Gives moogie 2 shiny gold coins of PS money* and i\'ll fill out any papers you say:). hope that makes you happy:D

Welcome I3lack Templar, nice to see other reptile fanatics ;)

Btw, I noticed this on the Klyros description a couple of days ago, and thought I\'d state my oppinion :P

Quote
Taken from description at main site
Their skin is similar to reptiles, being slimy and cold, and varies from gray-green to steel dark blue.

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT!!?!?!?!? 8o

That isn\'t one bit similar to reptiles!!!!

slimy?! bah...

Aye, welcome. :)

Thou might want to change thy name, though. MB does not support spaces in names, and I am not sure whether or not CB will do it, not to speak of that \' thing... :P

That name, it\'s not one you\'ve made up yourself, yet I cannot remember where I have seen it before...?

Gronomist, to which name are you refering to? If it is I3lack Templar, you are right, I use it because i have a 2000 Point Black Templar army for warhammer 40K

If it is about My Klyros (Sorry guess i read the name wrong the first time) name, well, the first name i cant remember where i got it from, but the last name Der\'akoon, I got from Panzer Dragoon Orta, its Panzer Talk for \"Dragon\"

Also the original Templars (that i can remember) were the Knights Templars of St. John.

Oh ya and About that whole Slimy skin thing, It Really ticked me off also, but i guess since they are also aquatic...... Still, SCALES ARE NOT SLIMY!
