PLANESHIFT LAG FIX!

I was looking around on the net and i found a Unofficial lag fix, meaning it will fix ure Client-side lag (not actual net lag!) and it is also UNOFFICIAL so dont go blaming  anyone if u have to reinstall planeshift.
