Haven\'t you ppl read Dante\'s Divina Commedia? The stalactite looks like inferno in that story but with one less level.
Put the pot down, no dont take another puff!, put it down. Thank you.

And yeah, if there is gravity on the planet (which i\'m sure there is) won\'t the stalactite maybe drop and crash, which could mean the end to us all.

huhm... one thing a lot of people don\'t realize is that gravity actually decreases when someone goes deeper inside a planet, down to the point of zero gravity at its center, for the simple reason that the rest of the planet is pulling from every direction around us. Given this small note that, to be honest, has little or no relation to Planeshift, let\'s move to the real topic of my reply: I am amazed by how people find perfectly normal dragons and spells in games, which I am pretty sure they never had a chance to meet in real life, and at the same time find so many difficulties understanding a huge stalactyte created and kept together by magic...
Mysteries of the human mind...  ;)

Is it? Kept together by magic that is.
I didn\'t know that, i thought it was just a random formation.

How many times does this have to be discussed????

We all live in a giant stalagtite in a huge cave with a labyrinth of tunnels connecting them to the surface. Anything you cant understand or think is unrealistic blame on Magic. OK!!

(Dont forget the portals to other places in the tunnels)

You do realize that this stalagmite could be inside a planet, and that their could be a surface, and many other stalagmites, just like this one?

Just stated it again, since I thought that the message wasn\'t accepted by everyone.

no offense but this is one of the( if not \"THE\" ) weirdest settings i\'ve ever heard of.

Is there gonna be any way to actually visit the \"surface\" of the \"planet\" outside of this stalagmite/tite?

I think I like the implications of that.  Different populations?  Different races perhaps?  Other Gods?  Other civilizations to mingle into?  :D  Who knows what\'s waiting for us a few years down the development road?  If Yliakum is inside a planet, it must be the size of Saturn or Jupiter... or it could be just magic (blegh).  Cosmology is fun, get on board!

Next time come and ask someone in  AO before cluttering things with stuff like this! You make us all look stupid.

Unless I have seriously misunderstood something, then that\'s where the Enkidukais come from. Outside, that is. We\'re just not able to go there before at least the cave has been finished or is close to. :)
