Crystal Blue
« on: October 26, 2003, 09:10:39 pm »
Hello all,

I\'m a bit of a planeshift n00b but I can say I am very excited about the release of Crystal Blue coming up! I just wanted to point out some of the details of the post.

Quote

Hi PlaneShifters,
some time has passed and we made good progress toward the next tech release (codename: Crystal Blue).

- We finalized the magic rules and added some particles to test spell casting,
- We tested in more details the combat rules and added more options like the battle stances
- The Crystal Space 3D engine is improving at good speed and we plan to use some of its new features to bring more speed to the 3d rendering
- The 3d models are being redone to use the new features of the engine and to save some memory
- Dialogues of NPCs are being expanded to give designers more options in creating quests.

Release of Crystal Blue is still set for end of year, all team working hard for that deadline.

Yup, passive tense.

As in blocked?

You could always use a cgi proxy to bypass it ;)

whemy - You\'ve got them stupid blocker things too? I simply hate my school for having them, but the PS site works fine here, though. Maybe yours has been set up to be just a bit more cruel in disallowing webpages? :P

Bah, my school got loads of protection after I put a virus on the svr during a school inspection. ;)
Now we can\'t do much, my account is being monitored, evry time I login a mssg pops up in the svr rm telling them. Then they can look at my screen while I\'m using it. :( I suppose it serves me right. :D

well, that\'s why you only log in to workstation access, install a keylogger, then \"find\" a problem with the network that your teacher has to log in to fix....
