Well oldies do hate newbies....ask any of us.  They are inferioir and do not deserve to live.  They should be herded together in a big pasture and the oldies should use them for target practice.  They do not deserve even that.  They should be cut up into little pieces and fed to pigs.

If we told people how they get recruited then they could just \'pretend\' to fit our standards.  But if they don\'t know then when we see someone meet the standards we know it\'s for real.

well the other part is fairly obvius from you recruting draklar admitlely i hate him but he has good lawfull values so thats an easy start you say he has a strong mind so thats an other  one your hate for  newbies is another evil but smart..e.c.t.

Well the DE is somewhat the same.  Usually Aelya and I pick out someone we think is worthy, but ultimately she has the final decision.  But member\'s opinion\'s do count, if they think someone should be allowed in we will look into it and make our decision.  The only difeerence is Aelya is the deciding factor.
