Umm... there\'s sites full of them, way more complex than that.

Onto my own work:

I was going to draw Annah (having suddenly declared today Annah Flame Day), then I realized that http://www.flamewarriors.com had already done it for me (see Xenophobe) :P . So I made this masterpiece instead, using the proffessional graphics tool Microsoft Paint.  :D

If my work is well liked, you may see more in the future. 8)

Just a follow-up to my last Moogie sketch:

Hey, think it\'s about time we start bugging the devs to add a Fanart section? ;)

I like that fresco effect. But it inhibits the coloring a bit. Is that why she\'s an albino?

Copy and paste the URL.

Moogie: That is so cool, it looks like some sort of mural.
And lynx, it inhibits the coloring in a good way, to make it seem like... a mural.

is this thread still being used or not??

Well anyways...here is my first try; just some armor. but i\'ll only give the links.

Oh by the way can anyone tell me why the scan\'s aren\'t being saved at there original size?? because the helmets are actually a lot smaller.  And the armor was also smaller..but on my pc when i viewed the armor it as smaller then when u vieuw them at this link?? WHY????????

First of all, hello, everyone.  It\'s been a long time, made longer by how much I missed you, every one of you. The older members (I can\'t really say Old Skool, though I would have liked to, because I myself am not really that old) will remember me. Greets to you. Any new members...well, they probably don\'t even care, so it works out. :)

Better get through the wave of compliments. That ASCII art is quite good, at least better than I could ever do. ;) Moogie, you never cease to amaze me. Your art is an inspiration. I can never get over the cloth-fold barrier, but you seem to have managed that easily enough. Congratulations on a stupendous display. The colouring is great as well. :D THAPRINZE, those are very nice armour designs, not the most intricate I\'ve seen, but good nonetheless.

Your files are saved at their proper resolution. The program you open them with shrinks them for you. To fix the size problem, simply open your prefered photo editting software (even MS Paint will do) and shrink them to about half their size.

Great work everyone. :) I\'m working on another pic myself. Nothing great, you understand, just the usual. I should be able to get it up by tomorrow. *everyone groans and covers their eyes* Roight, then. Tally ho.

Greetings to everyone.

It has been a while since the last post to this thread, but i guess it can still be used. I\'ve only just joined the forums, but i hope i\'ll get this right. Planeshift has a lot of potential, and it is a privilege to be part of the community around it and being able to watch how Planeshift develops further.

To the point then. Fan art. I was going to submit this to LWW, but it has been down for a while, so i\'ll post it here instead. Any comments welcome.

Picture key:
Bottom middle - shows each article at their original size.
Left - mixed setups, examples how objects could be used together.
Right - huge knife, fork and spoon. Added them to give a \"closer look\" on the objects.
Top - large plates on the wall show the texture from both sides.

Tableware named \"Spring\". It consists of big plate, soup plate, coffee cup, fork, knife and a spoon. In addition, by scaling down some of the former, you get teaspoon and small plate. You could also scale up the soup plate to create a bowl (e.g. for lettuce). While designed for decorational purposes, maybe this set could also make a nicer wedding gift than a 5 feet cleaver. ;)

The set has two 256*256 textures, one for the ceramic objects and other for the metallic. I tried to keep polygon count at a reasonable level. Models made with Blender.

Cup: 37 vertices, 70 faces (triangle).
Big plate: 20 vertices, 36 faces.
Soup plate: 20 vertices, 36 faces.
Fork: 19 vertices, 34 faces.
Knife: 19 vertices, 34 faces.
Spoon: 18 vertices, 32 faces.
