Anyway, so, blackflame guild, they had a really good organization. I could tell when I first saw them that they had a dedicated leader and were probably going to be successful. Also, they had \"Black\" in their name, I\'m sure that\'s a plus.
And the other topics, if I remember correctly what these topics were, were closed because they were announcements, and discussion was not intended. Or some thing like that.

Oh don\'t hand me that crap.  They were deleted because they turned into flame-wars.  Freedom of speech has nothing to do with it.  My gov\'t teacher(witch) used to say, \"A person\'s rights extend only as far as another person\'s begin.\"  If it\'s still on topic then go right on, but it ended up with Savion insulting people and then those people insulting him back and forth.

Yes, only until the other persons begin, but there is no right saying, ?you have the right to never be insulted?, insults are a fact of life. I admit in terms of etiquette flames are not good, but there was minimal swearing; there was no need to stop their discussion. In my opinion if you want flames to go away you should ignore them, if you block them from discussing it is only going to make it seem like their posts are important enough to justify that kind of action. One of those threads didn?t even have a single flame in. I mean you announce you have a third member of your alliance and then expect people not to comment? Then why announce it in the first place?

The reason it was closed, and if you noticed the mod agreed, was because we knew for a fact that people such as Savion would come and start insulting people.  It\'s a given.  And when every post is an insult it\'s just excessive and uncalled for.  Hell I insult people evry now and then, it\'s healthy but not every single post.

My point is they are given that power for a reason.  When the original title of a thread is the resurrection of the Dark Alliance and 10 pages later it\'s about how much of an idiot Savion is or how much of an ***hole I am, then it has gone on too long.

Heh HEh! A cabal thread gone OT. Wonders will never cease. But We can afford it. After all most of the guild threads are our threads anyway:D.

Oh and BTW the cabal never did intend to join the DA. We wanted the DA to ally with us. The three guilds in their totality. I made that quite clear right from the start. But anywho. They decided not to but they will be absorbed none the less. With or without their consent. Do you think the Cabal could ever have followed or even been on equal terms with any of these guilds which comprise the DA. We are not like them. We would have just integrated the DA into our corruption. These guys may be OLDBIES but they are actually obsolete. They exist to exist. A passive stance. They wont survive. They will fall a second time and still will be no wiser. The cabal is The CABAL. We are everything that you hate and abhorr. We also are everything that you are not. If that is good or bad I leave to your judgement. Just remember that the day you perish the Cabal will be waiting to devour your decadent remains. We don\'t move until we have to but when we do...........

The best thing about us is that we are not bound by trust or honour. We were formed out of need. The need to satiate our thirst for riches and power. So we will be when you are not and will feed and grow on the remains of your society.
