when do u think we will be able to play the game

this will be free right? and also when will we be able to play ?(  what is the battle going to be like and in the first week will there be any little head start items u will be giving out or something like that ?(

Free? - yes absolutely

Release of full game? - Give it a few years (a demo is out at the end of this month - just a little walk and talk to give us a taster, which, in time,  will be followed by other demos and tests)

Combat? - Don\'t know how that will work yet.

Free head start items? - Why? I\'m sure you will start out with the basics in life, as you would in any RPG.

I like the idea of special items given out in the first week. they don\'t have to be special or something. just to show U are a die hard ps-er. an engraved sword or something. or just a medal.

actually, i dont see any good reason to get items as your start playing..

just walk around, roleplay, kill monsters, get your own items..

Medals with your name inscribed on them would be cool. The special items need not be anything that is usable in the game, just something to show that you are one of the first in the game, or to show off 8).

As for the combat system, well so far one thing is confirmed : PKing will not be encouraged. There may still be PKing though, at least I hope so. And there will be arenas where you can challenge other people to fight you.

wow dwinney, great idea.. i love the idea of a medal with my name on it, on my shirt =)

Or, the first first players could get their name tatooed on their body or hand of character..
please devs, pay alittle tribue to the players waiting so anxiously for the game.. *begs*

lol@nu sham beggin on his hands and knees..

i dunno about having a medal..wouldnt that kinda take teh place of a wanted amulet?...why not some sort of ......coat of arms if u will to sort of \'stamp\' upon things..shield\'s or capes..or whatever. or maybe a tatoo.

i dont think any of this is necessary tho..and unfair to future ps generations.

on another note...i wouldnt have told this new guy to teh forums anything about the fighting or when it\'s comin out ^_^....cept  READ THRU THE THREADS AND FIND WHAT U SEEK.

im guessing...: \\ ....10% of the threads ull find are pretty much the same questions...altho ive never heard anyone ask abou thead start items. most have seen thru the forums and figured they would be useless in teh demo anyhow since all char\'s wil be erased and u can only walk adn talk in teh demo.

anywho...welcome to teh forums guy..dont mind me im jsut moody.  ;)

2nd, why not have special tatoos? i think we\'re worth it?

or maybe the 5 oldest clans in the games should have a special sign, i mean each clan member should get like a glowing red star or something like that on each piece of armour he wears..
would make the game special.. i dono i would just love to see something like that.

You talk about medals and special items for being the first, but by the time we are able to have characters that will be a permanent fixture in a permanent game, we will not be a part of such a small group, after demos and testing the numbers of people coming here will grow and grow, so there could be thousands and thousands of people who join straight away when a \'final version\' is released. What use is your medal then?

Some will be forever remembered by name and reputation alone. For the Kendaro, Kada-El is as imortal to this game as a god. She has done much for the Kendaro in both inspiration and other things. Anyone that comes to the PlaneShift, even if Kada-El were to leave, they will surely know of the name Kada-El. This the Kendaro swears!

lol...i dont much care for people getting something because they started, but i like the idea of people able to get medals (like in the game) for liek their clan or something that would be cool :D

2 years is long this better be a good game if i am gonna wait two years and also about the medals and all.I play infantry(sn ironicsoul) maybe someone knows me well neways in that u can have like a banner that appears next to ur name if u have someting like that i think it would also be good also i don know since i jus came but are there ne clans out right now? if so is there ne with that cat like animal only jus wanna know cuz thats what i am goin to be when it comes out. also where will the demos  be posted cuz i need to do someting in my spare time. And thanks for the welcomes :D

there are quiter a fwe clans....none of them are restricted to race type...that im aware of anyway...
so u beeing an enkidukaidont mattter as much as are a gonna be a \'ggod guy\' or a \'bad guy\'...
