lol, at least tell him to go to the Technical Help Forums..

there should be threads about this in there, first you should delete your character, and then you have to make it again(make sure you do it fast as the server may time out on you, skills aren\'t implemented yet so forget about those.)

Azile: You\'ve not really told us much about your problem. What happens? What message does it give you? What have you tried? Are you running a firewall?

Perhaps try reading the Linkdead thread and see if there\'s anything there that will help you solve your enigmatic problem. Give us some information if you want us to try tackling it too.

ok ill tell u more when i update my charr it always says the server is down please try agine in a few moments check the fourms for more deltails  ive tried readingthe fourms nothing realy tells me wtf wrong and i dont have fire wall or anytrhing like that and yes ive read the link dead but ive got pass uploading thingy found that out now i have a new problem when i connect it locks up when it loads all the stuff like it says loading ect. then when it gets to like the 5 one it locks up and when i do ctrl alt delet it says not responding so if thats the link dead thingy everyones talking about ill half to check and make sure i dont have firewall or w\\e plz tell me so i can try and fix it

Try to describe your problem methodically, we can\'t see what you see on your screen (e.g. \"it gets to like the 5 one \" ?). We don\'t want to have to decipher each user who has a problem, or we\'ll just go insane (bah, I\'m already anyway).

Probably you just have to wait, if you\'re talking about the first time you\'re logging into the game. It takes a lot of time (probably about one hour). It\'s only for the first time, though, so don\'t worry too much
