The Black Blooded Kerassons Clan


Chapter 1:The Legend


Long, Long Ago in a city called Terabith. A creature race called Kerasson, one known and called as Ceris was a friend of the King Nelthen Goldenstone. Now this creature was extraordinary its skin was impenetrable, the horns on it\'s back were sharp as the sun was hot, and its Blood was blue as Sky. This is why he was hunted, his Blue Blood was said to be who ever took the first drink would be come Almighty and the greatest warrior in the known world.


Chapter 2:The Story


One Faithful day Ceris arrived to there city of Terabith, but by then everyone already had heard of the story about the Black Blood. So the villagers tried to destroy him by surprising him, but before they succeeded Goldenstone their King Stopped the sword that was heading for Ceris?s weak point, his forehead, if any one creature thrusted a sword Between the eyes of the Kerasson it would surly die. ?Tho art no one have any since, this creature has saved about every bodies lives at least once in this City, and this is the way you thank him!!!?, shouted Goldenstone.?Well, why does no one answer me??, is it because I am right!!!??, Goldenstone.
?If no one is to answer me then all of you go home, and that is an order??, NOW!!!?, Goldenstone. Soon after the little skirmish, they walked on to the back of the castle so they could speak in private. ?Thank you for saving my life, my old friend.? said Ceris in a grizzled fashion. ??No thanks is needed, we need not any great warriors in this here city, and I hope no else finds out you are here, that would equal death to this here city?, Goldenstone. ?That is why I am here, I have come to seek shelter from the trail of death that follows me?, Ceris.


Chapter3:The Finding


?My Liege, there are thousands of gobbles attacking our city looking for that Black Blooded Beast, please for our kingdoms sake let them have the Kerasson?, Messenger. ?NO! We will fight them to the death, Guards round up as many troops as you can and be fast?, Goldenstone. ?Yes, sir?, Guards. As they all ran out of the castle to fight they were shocked to see their friend Ceris helping the villagers, even after they tried to kill him. As the Guards fought on the outside of the circle around Ceris Goldenstone slammed his way through the crowd of gobbles to reach his friend. When he got to him it looked as if he was badly hurt. ?My friend I can see the out come in my mind, so don?t? be sad when I die if not for you but for me, and listen when I die I want you to be the great Warrior?, Ceris. The goblins made their move, they all ran towards them battle crazy. Hours later the battle over, ?Noooooooooooooooooooo, sob sob, how could I let this happen? I ?Ijust turned around to kill one goblin but?but then it happened I?I let my guard down on him and he?he, DIED!!!?, Goldenstone. ?Is this truly the end my friend, it was my duty to protect you but, I failed, what you said before you died was that you wanted for me to become the warrior, so I?I guess I will make your last request to come true?, Goldenstone. So he picked up a handful of it and drank his body start to shake and shiver, then Blackness.


Chapter 4:A Great Warrior


One Day later Goldenstone awoke in his bed feeling renewed with great strength. To test this he asked for The Chief of the Guards to come in. ?Hello my Liege, have you recovered?, Therin, Guard Chief. ?Yes I am feeling great how about sword fight?, Goldenstone. ?Ok if you think you can beat me then try?, Therin. They both drew there swords, and it begun, Therin tried a horizontal attack where the head is and Goldenstone ducked and lifted his sword so fast that he could of killed him in a Blink of an eye. ?What!?!? How could this happen I am the best of the best?, Therin. ?Not any more, I am?, Goldenstone. When he left Goldenstone made a new oath: ?I Will Honor The Gift I Have Been Blessed With, I Swear To Not Use It For My Own Personal Gain, But To Help Others In My Guild?, Goldenstone.

Who are you?
Created under Executive Order 128 of the late Vigimesi of Hydlaa, The Hydlaa Agency of Law Enforcement encompasses all aspects of law and regulation.  Utilisation of the HALE is at the discretion of the Octarch or Vigimesi reigning over Hyldaa.  The HALE is currently underfunded, and thus unable to employ sufficient numbers of Officers to counteract recent crime-sprees.

What do you do?
+Arrest and try before jury the accused of Hydlaa
+Investigate crimes
+Regulate health and safety measures within jurisdiction
+Keep records of past criminal activities

How are you organized?
There are three departments;
The Security Department arrests, enforces and investigates.
The Justice department trys accused individuals.
The Health & Regulatory Department enforces, and proposes revisions of, health and safety regulations.

Who are you looking for?
Currently, we need officers, judges, inspectors, and bureaucrats.  We are looking primarily for honest persons willing to enforce existing regulation and suggest new regulation.  You don\'t have to be an officer to join up.

What can you offer me?
A badge, maybe a weapon.  That\'s about it after budget cuts.

The District of Hydlaa Code of Law Enforcement Conduct
I.General
1.No Officer may at any time attack or otherwise physically harm a suspect without first attempting to arrest the suspect peacefully.  
---A.Attempt to arrest as warrant allows.
---B.Some Warrants may authorize pre-emptive use of force.
2.No Officer may at any time harm a fellow Officer.
---A.If an Officer is suspect, he shall be arrested in the same manner as any ordinary suspect.
3.No Officer shall confiscate materials unrelated to a crime.
4.No Officer shall keep in his posession or transfer to others confiscated materials.
---A.Review District of Hydlaa Code of Evidence I, II, & III, as a guide in any questionable situation.
5.No Officer may harrass a citizen.
6.While On Duty, an officer is obligated to provide protection to any citizen under threat by a sentient creature within their vicinity.

We are the Brotherhood of the Long Knives, or for short, the Long Knives.

Purpose:
The Brotherhood was founded to create a union of people who fight for peace and help those in need.


History:
The Brotherhood of the Long Knives was an ancient order, peaking at almost 150 members. They promoted unity and peace throughout the known world. However, membership dwindled, recruiting stopped, and members began leaving the order. The order was finished off by a series of wars. Few members escaped these wars alive.

The Brotherhood was restarted when two people came together to bring the traditions back to life. They began to reconstruct the guild on its foundations, where it is now.

Heirarchy:
1. Initiate.
These are not full members, but members in training. Certain skills are needed to become full members. Officers will guide you into promotion.

2. Warrior.
These are the fighting stock of the guild. They are full members, but carry no command.

3. Sentinel.
These are the elite warriors. They guard the meetings as well as perform guild tasks.

4. Recruiter.
These recruit new members for the guild. They are officer-caliber but not officer level and are paid for their efforts.

5. Initiate Officer.
These low-level officers command Initiates and guide them into membership. Once they gain enough experience, they are made full Officers.

6. Officer.
Officers command task squads and have a say in the governing of the guild.

7. Lieutenants.
There are two of these to each Sect Commander. They are assistants to the Commanders and are members of the Council.

8. Sect Commander.
These people control members in a certain area. They are members of the council and are close to the Boss.

9. Boss.
The Boss is the ultimate rank. The Boss is in charge of the guild and all its members, and his authority cannot be challenged.

Rules:
1. Please respect and follow the rules of the game. It\'s more fun that way.

2. Please respect members and nonmembers alike. It\'s better to live in harmony.

3. Be loyal to your guild and your commanders. It pays off in the end.

We are a lawful good aligned guild. We are searching for members who will respect the rules of the game, advance the goals of the guild, and preserve the tradition of the Brotherhood.
