Hello Everyone,

I am relatively new to PS, and just decided I would say hello.  I learned about PS a couple of months ago and have been looking at the forums every now and then and recently opted to download the client.  It has certainly captured my interest, as it has a great deal of potential.  I certainly hope that more individuals get involved in its development.  Considering how much the internet community has done for LINUX, there is a world of possibilities!

I\'m actually an Anarchy Online veteran of 2+ years, but within the last couple of months, I simply cannot justify spending the money due to not having much time, and being rather dissapointed with the Shadowlands expansion.  In addition, when the roleplaying org I was a member of dissolved, so much was lost for me.  Thusly, I just happened to stumble on PS and decided I would become part of the community.

I am aware of the game\'s current state, though I was wondering if there are any good social spots in the world at the current time?  If you see any of my characters out and about, feel free to say hello (Tkaar, Jeldar, Valeos).  I wish you well...

Then let me be the first to welcome you to our humble community, Valeos. :)

You won\'t find masses of people online in the current version of PS, but you should look in the Tavern, around the fountain in the Plaza (where you spawn in the game) and the temple interior.

Explore the city and dungeon and learn your way around, and if you can\'t find the tavern just ask somebody online. :) I\'m sure someone will offer directions or even take you there personally.

Welcome to PlaneShift.
As always it is nice to see new faces around here. :)

Most people here are friendly enough to help you and when you get on at the right time in PlaneShift there might even be a group of people standing at the spots Moogie pointed out to chat with.

don\'t count on lots of people standing in tavern or on plaza :P
if you want to get into some bigger meeting, hang out in temple.
That place is very popular lately :)

im a new player to PS started 5 days ago. But this is not the first MMORPG game ive played. This game however looks really promising, it got pontential indeed on becoming something really good :)
