Lets see. Ill think of some Lesser known bands...

Sublime- "What I got"- Like, Punkish...rap? no. Its hard to describe

Blind Melon- "No Rain"- early 90's rock

RX Bandits- "Who wouldve thought?"- Like a Ska/rock

Nada Surf- "Always Love"- ol skewl punk

Postal service- "Sleeping In"- Ambient alternative

Queens Of The Stoneage- "Go With the Flow" - Old school rock

Bad Religion- "Let it Burn"- Old school punk

Bush- "Machinehead" - Hard Rock

The Decemberists  (anything works for them)- Folk, Indie

Fatboy Slim- "Praise You"- Techno

Moby- "Extreme Ways"- Sad, ambient...techno I guess? But it has lyrics and stuff.

I'm not saying that the music is good or bad, but none of those bands qualify as "lesser known".  RX Bandits I haven't heard of, but the rest on that list are quite famous.

Ohh and I strongly suggest listening to Romanian music, since 2006 it seems we simply rock when it comes to club music...

At the moment I've been listening to Télépopmusik. Nice to change up music once in a while.
