Did someone say Deep Purple? Here is Bad Attitude

I think this was a from a better era Sweet Child in Time but oh, man! What a bunch of stiffs in the audience!

Here is a classic from the allman brothers live at the fillmore.
whipping post ~340M @ archive.org. That link is apparently their whole set, might not be worth the download so here is a youtube link to the studio cut. and here is a live cover from Frank Zappa.

True.  I got sucked in again.  It's difficult to let Bilbous's absurdities go uncontested.

Did anyone check out the clip from Eno and Byrne? The song's name was "Mea Culpa"

Anyway Eno was always associated with Robert Fripp in my mind, I'm not sure why so check out this Frippertronics demo from 1979 on youtube. Of course Byrne came to prominence with Talking Heads, so here is Psycho Killer

Hey Did I ever tell you I was a dj for a college CC radio station? Here is a tune I used to play when I wanted to go out for a smoke. The Revealing Science of God from Tales From Topographic Oceans one of my all time favorite albums.

I hate to say it but that album was woeful. I really don't like anything of theirs pre-97.
I suggest the statue of Laanx gets turned into a statue of Parallo <3. An NPC could never replace the huge hole he left in my heart when he died  :'(

Cause everyone always tries to recognize good songs in crappy ones, just to make it more suitable for your ears

So it wasn't because they borrowed the base line with a couple twists thrown in for good measure?
I do not care for Queen all that much, I just linked that song because it seemed appropriate.

Queen is a unique bunch in that half their stuff is actually great, and half of it is realli rather intolerable... EXCEPT that's realli not that rare.  It's sort of like Elton John, The White Stripes, Alice Cooper, Cream, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.  IN FACT I think I touched on that common element of music earlier.

That being said, I CAN'T BELIEVE NO ONE HERE LIKES FERGIE!!!

Has anyone else heard of a small little rock band from Canada named The tragically Hip?
