Rumble strips

I love this song. Mostly because of all the times i have found myself cycling home on a winters night.

Seperot: Thanks for that link, it let me discover Pendulum's Fasten Your Seatbelt :] Been listening to that in the car all day today.
Judge: Are you trying to show contempt for this court, Mr Smith?
Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.

Currently stuck in my head:

Hooverphonic
They're amazing and Belgian.
Hooverphonic - One
Hooverphonic - The World is Mine (Not really a favorite of mine, but the guy dancing on tables and between mirrors reminds me distinctly of Cat from Red Dwarf...)

Bran Van 3000 (specifically, Eek-A-Mouse's Go Shopping, though I'm liking the music of the second half of the double video)
Bran Van 3000 - Go Shopping / More Shopping (More Shopping starts at 2:30 or so)

Madrugada - Hard to Come Back (only youtube video I could find looked like it came from a cellphone camera, with audio quality to match)

Blanquito Man, Celso Pina y su Ronda Bogata & Control Machete - Cumbia Sobre El Rio (From the look of the comments, cumbia + mexicans results in some mixed feelings...)

Andain - Beautiful Things (Gabriel & Dresden Mix) (To be honest, I have no idea where it came from. It appeared one day in my iTunes library, and nobody remembers sending it to me)

Decemberists - Summersong (Yay, Decemberists \o/ This is the only video I could find, besides someone's WoW music video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LCpaiZ2wPa4 )

Rodrigo y Gabriela - Any song by them is good \o/ Their cover of Stairway to Heaven is amazing. (For a video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vNc5o9TU0t0 has good sound quality but is very quiet. There's also an official video for Diablo Rojo which is quite interesting and a bit different from the version on their album: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KBgg-hrtyo )

Gotan Project - Criminal (Distinctly reminiscent of some melody in a game, but I don't know which...)

There, everyone go listen to those.

Some awesome tunes right there.

Agalloch is also one of my favorite bands :)
Kneel to the cross may even be one of their weaker songs, even though it's still great.

I have two other songs that clock in at around eight and ten minuets long, which although good songs are a little long heh heh.
That and I love kneel to the cross anyway and also like what kneel to the cross is about. A good song alround. Then again I dont have that much experiance so I only have three songs to go on haha.

If you don't like long songs I would pretty much stop at where you are right now cause the other Agalloch songs clock in on around 15 minutes :)
In The Shadow Of Our Pale Companion: 14:45
The Hawthorne Passage: 11:28
Fire Above, Ice Below: 10:28
The Melancholy Spirit: 12:27

I would still encourage you to try out the longer songs though, they are pure genius.
And Kneel to the Cross is a fiercely anti-christian song, but if that's what you like :P

LL Cool J - Phenomenon
Johnny Cash - Cocaine Blues
ACDC - TNT

three songs that might not be the best... but definitely had big changes for me... the first one is obvious if you take out the words... but cant beat Johnny Cash... and the last one is just pre-game stuff... every athlete has a pre-game song

Nah I do like long songs, just sometimes  I dont have the patience for them hehe.  Hell I have an Orange Goblin song that goes on for seventeen minuets, some Vesperian sorrow  that goes on  to about 8 - 10 minuets  and of course "in a gadda da vida" which is just good but hilariously corny. Aside from that I have a bunch of other long stuff. I like Agollochs long stuff because  at least it doesnt get boring  and just redo the same damn thing over and over again. There are bands out there  that  put out a six minuet song that could easily have been four, I find that ridiculously annoying.

The other song I have are  "...and the great cold death of the earth"  Which isnt so long and then "falling snow" which is.

The Copyrights

Are their music really cool? If so, what genre is theirs? And is their music free to download on Kazaa, or do The Copyrights have Copyright?

I guess you would call them "pop-punk", a genre I don't often listen to or like but they play it really well.  You can probably listen to them on myspace like every other band in the world (www.myspace.com/thecopyrights).  I'm not sure if you can find them on kazaa.

Currently listening to Deicide, The Haunted, Thus Defiled, Draconian and Severed Spastic...oh and Cradle of Filth to mellow it out a bit sometimes.
