Quit posting nonsense in this thread.  Every other thread may turn into trash, but I'm trying to keep this one clean.

Music:
Streetlight Manifesto
Milloy
The Wunder Years
Banner Pilot

Hum, I'll stick with last millenium then :P

DragonForce
Hammerfall
Sonata Arctica
Freedom Call

And other stuff, that people playfully call 'Happy Metal'

Nothing to say against a bit of easy listening stuff like Draconian at times though. :)

Hello, satire!

What are you talking about?  I made the thread, and while I might only pop in a few times a month I like to read through and see if there's any interesting bands people have listed.  Hopefully others do the same.  This isn't meant to be a conversation thread.

Speaking of the last millenium, I always liked this song by the Tubes but I had no idea how odd they really were.

You know, those links made my browser freeze up :P

How about some of this:

Dizzy Mizz Lizzy
Psychotic Waltz (Now Dead Soul Tribe)
The Gathering

Anyone see Brian DePalma's Phantom of the Paradise? Let me Q up a track or two. That first tubes vid reminded me of this first track, the others I just added for good (read excessive) measure.

Right now I can't stop listening to Atreyu, especially the albums "The Curse," and "A Death Grip on Yesterday."  Especially the song Ex's And Oh's.
"Here's to lowering caskets of old friends choice and consequence we'll birth a new day with the death of an old and start over, start over.  Here's to burying hatchets in those who you'd never call your friend...we'll birth a new day with the death of an old day and start over, start over!"
