Guild alignments

Hiya, I\'m kinda new to this guild thing and am quite interested in setting one up.  Could someone please tell me what each of the different alignments are and explain what they mean in terms of how one behaves in correspondence with each one?  (please don\'t flame me if i shoulda posted this in the Newbie forum).  Thanx :)
