i keep getting errors
« on: November 23, 2003, 07:47:52 pm »
every time i try to connect to planeshift I receive a pop up error box in which I\'m told that there is terrible error in my computer. this pop up error is immedietly followed by another pop up error that says i have an error in windows and i need to reinstall windows. (sorry if this sounds confusing but for me it is) after the second pop up error is read my whole system freezes and the only way to get it wprking again is to restart my computer.
any way i\'m at a loss as to what i should do if anyone out there can help me in any way i would highly appreciate it.
                   thanks

Could you be more specific as to what the error message is you are receiving?

It will maybe help if we know what the exact error is.

Judging by your previous posts I see that PlaneShift has worked on your pc in the past.
So the advice I can give right now is for you to try reinstalling PlaneShift, see if that works

Don\'t want to be the bearer of bad news, but after a quick search it seems others had this problem too. Some were obligated to reinstall win$ and some didn\'t. But it worked fine after they did reinstalled them.

but try the less invasive stuff first, oc.

Well, as Keldorn said, try reinstalling and updating first.
