Spells and Schools

I was just wondering is there were any threads that mentioned having schools for magic and stuff. If there weren\'t, then are there going to be any magic learning or martial art schools in the game? If so I have several ideas.
For example, there could be a school whicht teaches a specific type of spells, like dark type spells. A dark type school can have different levels of spells.
For example, a school for fire can start with simple spells like flaming hand or something and then go into the more complex spells like fireball and inferno. Also, each school can have its own unique school symbol. Like fire, fire metamorphisis. Or darkness, shadow jump.
If there is a threat about this please tell me where it is. Thank you.

Well, there isn\'t any threads about it becuase that\'s pretty much the system in the game. I would refer you to the players guide http://www.planeshift.it/playerguide.html, but they still haven\'t put the magic system in so... you\'ll just have to download the game and go thru the charactor creation!
