proper exe file missing

the downlo9ad page said the file PSV0.2.010.exe was used to launch. i cannot find this file on my harddrive.

i am running windows xp sp1
dfi nfII ultra mobo
512mb ddr ram
gf4 mx440se video

my  comp is less than 6 months old and i never have problems with it.

run the reassembler first. It will create that file.

i ran the reassembler very first thing and i still dont have the file.. but using psclinet.exe worked though
