2. you should be able to play with any type of connection, even if it works on 0.000001kps =/
but the slower connection you have, the more lag you will have, the less you will get to enjoy the game itself.
if you bought an ultra-cool computer like you said, i could suggest u might want to thnk about getting ISDN, which im pretty sure is possible in your region, or dual isdn which is even better.
if u dont want to spend that much cash, you could buy a good \"Hardware modem\". they are alittle more expensive than the normal modems (which are software accelerated & based), but they work alot better..
my friend bought a cool US Robotics hardware modem, and he is getting like 10kps when he downloads
