Just a little something I sketched today, after Seperot described his \"shadow transformation\" to me. This is Shadow Seperot, two versions for your viewing pleasure. :)

They\'re called \'bangs\', stiff spikes of hair that fall infront of the eyes. This style of fringe is found mostly in anim?-type artwork, which I tend to (try to) follow in most of my art. Thanks for the comments. :)

I must say its a nice pic, body compositions al there and the wings are nice an fluid, one thing though the \"bangs\" dont quite fit the rest of the hair, sort of sharp Vs Flowy kinda tihng, maybe giving it a bit of a wavey thing would do it

and my nameless acoplice has stated that the head isnt quite integrated into the pic quite right, I think it may need to move further forward a tad

andywho thats my bit

I am the master of bangs fool.  I shall defeat all bangs that oppose me!  Think like... that guy from Radiohead that does keyboards or electronic things or whatever stuff they\'re messing around with.

Errr... sorry... just compelled to comment anytime that frontal hair region I love so much is brought up.
Ninjas have feelings too.  Mostly they feel like dancing.

What\'s next? A kran ballerina? The horror!

A very nice sketch though, are you gonna do more work on it?

Aww... and I just finished choreographing The Nutcracker... I\'ll be in my room thinking of a new profession...

Great work as always Moogie.  I like the spikey saber-tooth bangs, but then again... I don\'t know anything.

Also, you have not yet posted the completed Moog&Sep \'intimate uppercut\' pic.  I\'m looking forward to seeing that background. :)

Quick sketch that I drew, scanned, and photoshopped in around 30 mins. Was just a practice on poses and then some fiddling around due to boredom.

This made me think about how PS should handle spellcasting. Most RPG games have boring little effects that swirl around you and then zap the enemy. Wouldn\'t it be great to have just a little more detail... glowing eyes or fingertips, for example. Dust swirling around your feet from the energy you\'re gathering. Blowing wind, causing your clothes to billow and ripple depending on the spell\'s strength and/or nature. Perhaps even enviromental changes, such as the light draining from the sky, or the colours in the air shifting with magic power. :) *dreams*

BTW- Yeah, I know you\'re still waiting for the final version of Embrace... unfortunately I had to format my PC several times a while ago, and I fear the file on which I was working has been lost. Perhaps I\'ll come back to the picture some time in the future, but for now, I don\'t have the patience to try and recover lost ground with it. Sorry. :(

the two sketches are great Moogie, I especially like the lighting effect you put on the last one.

...and then your computer crashes. :D

Dust, glowing eyes, etc..  can be done, but once you get into billowing clothes and you have more than a few people...
The whole \'Glowing Eyes\' thing makes me thing of the Guald from Stargate. :P
Also, it would be cool if there were certain rare sci-fi elements with similar awesome effects. *dreams* XD

Nice pice, btw.  First time I\'ve ever seen a scary Moogie too.  8o
