Pick up?

I have read the manual and it stood
-Right-click on the item and then bla bla...
Well i found some crystals!And when i right-clicked on it nothing happend!!Whats wrong now?

did it display text like \"Ruby Crystal\"? You sometimes need to move cursor around crystal to get that, only when it\'s displaid you can pick it up.
you can try to get into first person mode and look straight down - it should make it easier

try to be near as possible of the crystal, and use \"page down\" key to look on the crystal. oh, don\'t try to catch crystals there are in the air :),
 they are uncatchable :D .

well my \'D\' in the air was already picken up :evil:
only rubies left in the air are these 2 lousy ones...
and you can get them as well...
just climb Talad\'s staff (best get into camera mode) jump towards crystals right click on them (don\'t click on hand icon), get back to Talad\'s staff, repeat jump, this time click on hand icon when yer close to the crystals.
easy, isn\'t it? :P
