Oh no... another smurf.

when are we gonna see the old drow...the REAL drow,  the black as night, as black as obsidian, as black as black can be...

or have we all surcombed to the PC brigade, where you cant make something black without being called a racist. From seeing Drow from there mythlogical beginnings to there D&D comeing out, to there ever lighter, ever bluer complextion evolution to the gag fest that is the EQ dark elf errr smurf and the slightly less offensive indigo hued WotC drow...

they aint anything like they used to be :( . Blue just doesnt look evil...

sorry im alittle late on the appology but yes this is really nice, good work, and bigfoot does have a point, but thats mainly cause i like evil things ;), i think it could be a bit darker, but other then that i dont have any complaints except that CB isnt out yet ;)

he says it\'s blue... while I used B&W to colorize skin.... that\'s quite impossible :/
where\'s point in what he said then? :/
and what does CB have to do with it? ^.^

To my eyes its a dark navy blue, which is a sight better than EQ\'s blue berry muffins, and wotc\'s bruised underdarkers. Its just that as an RPG old timer ive seen the dark elves go from a race that had skin that was pure pitch black to a politicaly correct hue of unplainly non-evil blue.

nothing personal just a pet peeve... also you should learn to take critisim a little better.

your texture .pngs are in fact grey, although i was refering to the screenshot. I dont actualy remebr seeing the texture .png\'s i must have missed em. on closer examination it might be an environmental lighting effect thats tinted the grey, blue... greyscale is very subseptive to othe colors.

In that regard ill apologise although my peeve still stands in releation to other Drow designs :P

one suggestion drop the brightness about 50% and up the contrast slightly on the skin.

Draklar doesn\'t take critisism, just insults.

Anyway, nice skin. It looks... umm... drowish. But drow are cool, so a drow skin that looks drowish is therefore, cool. 8)

She\'s black...

The navy blue must be due to some external lightning (or lighting?)
