Hi, Im new to planeshift and thought I might try the forums! the one difference with me is... I havent got the game... my PC has been shipped off by mesh (theyre costumer service is terrible) and until it returns, im stuck with my old pc. Im a big fan of mmorpg\'s, but have never been able to afford one (Im 15) so planeshift sounds great! but alas, my old computer will topple if just another KB of data goes on it... but untill I can play PS, I have a few Q\'s,
1. how big is the world, is it seamless or devided? (eg. into realms, or countries)
2. I read on the site that, \'V2 will have combat\' does that mean the current version dosnt have combat with creatures or monsters, or not woth other players, or none at all?
3. what it the background plot/objective (breifly)

Currently there is no combat whatsoever.  It *is* still mostly a demo at the moment, although a very good looking one in which you can run around and pick up crystals.

because there isn\'t anything else you can do, and you can buy weapons with them here

The running-around-picking-up-crystals thing was (and is) a way of encouraging people to play this very early pre-release, in order to expose bugs that needed to be fixed and to keep people entertained.
In addition, you can also chat with people (and I think some NPC\'s too)

theres maybe a total of around 8 or so NPCs, theres no combat, only there to do is talk, run around, find bugs, explore abit, pick up crystals, talk to NPCs, find some quests that are ment for CB or current version or whatever, the game is seamless so far, but since its only a demo there is a limit on how far u can go, i know cause ive been as far as u can go and its laggy when u turn around

but anyways, at the momment u cant open doors, no combat, no creatures, some NPCs, weapons if u get enough crystals, crystal hunts (finding and picking up crystals), and stuff like that

cool, let me just say that lack of combat or the fact that the game is unfinindhed does\'nt put me off it at all

Yeah ..me neither been looking for 10 minute and found a ruby crystal ... yeah first one...

Will play much after eating arggg ehehe but seems great a bit laggy but great graphics

yup thats MB for ya...the graphics will be even cooler in CB and less lag...
