Error at game start CEL

When the game starts, it says CEL environment not found. It overrides opengl and does crummy sw emu..

Hehe, jk. But seriously, we can\'t help you unless you tell us something useful, such as some specs of your computer. Do you have a graphics card? Updated drivers? What OS are you using? How much RAM do you have? Etc.

Okay, here are my specs:

1.7 ghz Pentium 4
64mb Intel i845 Graphics w/ opengl support.
255 mb physical memory
370 mb virtual memory
