Newbie please help

Hi all, extreamly gald for finaly getting to hopefully play this game :) but before i can....here is the problem, i make my char, and then it tells me i am ready to upload, and when i press the upload button, and nothing happens.  Iv tried three different times with different chars, any help would be nice, I hope it is just me being ignorant :)

did you make sure you filled in all field correctly(char name, password, confirm password)?

try using the IP,  203.81.47.74, instead of planeshift.fragnetics.com.
and there is a Edit button, you don\'t have to double post ;)

Hrmmm, where would i \"use\" that IP? and is there, or do you have an instant messaging program that you use, that might be more efficient for this type of thing

You use it instead of planeshift.fragnetics.com, it\'s the server name and you should fill it in somewhere.
