So, this thread is about the recent wave of newcomers, or you making game music?

And yes, there is a recent wave of newcomers. Have a cookie.

I\'ve played Trumpet for 3 years and french horn for 4 years. I\'ve been in band for a total of 7 years and been in parade band for 2 years. okay so I\'m bragging, sorry.

Some instruments of this game should be strongly recommended:

Timpani
Snare Drum
Bass Drum
French Horn
Trumpet
Human Voices: Bass, Tenor, Alto, and Saprano

Battle Themes should have major chords instead of minor chords to maintain that majestic feeling.

I\'ll post more later.
My name is NOT pronounced, \"Kway-per,\" it\'s pronounced \"Kye-per.\"

Electric guitar sounds really cool, even with more fantasy game style music. Refer to Diablo II Conyon of the Magi music.

Violin and organ... that would be good for music like the temple, but not much else.

Sitar  is great for creating mystic and atmospheric tracks.

Pan flute and/or ethnic flute combined with Piano, harp or guitar  can reflect sorrow as well as happy town music. Pizz. strings  is also a welcome addition.

Fantasia , Insomnia and tambourine  is great for good-aligned temples and sacred places.

Orchestrahit , trumpet , electric guitar, horn  and a lot of drums for the battles.

Good luck with the music-creation. :)
