Well, I think I may have found it before october, but I really didnt start playing until February. This is because in the beginning I had RedHat and the stuff wouldnt compile right.  Now I have gentoo, and I can just get the deps I need for it and I can compile it (I didnt emerge planeshift).

I found PS by looking around on sourceforge for MMORPGS and other games, and planeshift caught my eye.

A long long time ago I downloaded a game, no clue how I found it, I think sourceforge, walked around, shouted \"hello\", got no response, kept walking around, wanted to exit and distinctly remembered being asked if I wanted to return to \"normal boring life\", and then like 3-4 years later (really not sure about this), I found it again, but this time people were on.

I just typed in FREE MMORPG & it turned up being the first one, I passed it a few times thinking there may be something a little better, but this is one the bests. Lines up with PristonTale.

found it on yahoo w/ the search \"free 3-d mmorpg\" it wasnt the first one but it had FREE and 3D in the title so i checked it pretty quick. ended up that all the other ones were crap anyway, and this one is awesome!

I was playing another MMORPG (PristonTale) then when the new patch came out you had to pay some everyone got pissed off and quit. So FESFES told me about this game.

I found it through http://www.mpogd.com, I typed it in their engine, and this came up, I went to the main site, and I was wowed by the graphics, but then I was really sad to find out it wasn\'t done, that really busted my chops
