Because this has been discussed in many places, for varying amounts of time, and to different conclusions, it\'s hard to get a clear picture unless you put a lot of work in.

The current situation is: Maybe.  I believe Xordan may be working on a web interface that lets you sell your stuff back.  Take a look around for the myriad other threads which address the situation.

Another thing to think about is \"hey, does it really matter?\"  Some of us are unable to collect any crystals :)

I dont play PS anymore till CB comes out because is quite pointless.
OK, you get to know a lot of pll on PS, but if we start over again its of no use.

And if we might be able to maintain our crystals in money shape it would be great :)

I am in favor of the keep the money idea.. and heck sure.. sell the item back idea for money.   I am not infavor of the start over idea for sure.   lol I have already given up way to many study hours of my college  this semester to just say.. hmm ok sure fresh slate.
Sure I have done this as a personal choice.. and you may say.. no sweat off your back.. restart everyone.  But I would like to see at least some thing back for the many many hours of mindlessly collecting crystals in hopes that it would have some type of payoff in the end.

Besides who would want to go to the movies with friends, or the lake, or BBQ\'s when you can be hording crystals.  muahahahahh

Flame away.  I know I am gonna get some flames on this.. lol it is 3 am.

I agree with Umpapa... but only because I\'m crystal-obsessed :P

That, and I really want a sabre and I\'m going to get one -even- if it\'s utterly pointless and stupid.... and it would be nice to ultimately get a refund on such pointlessness.

i agree it would be nice to see crystal\'s become currency after all it took along time to get what meager horde i have now but i\'m also not going to hold my breath for it if we have to start over again then i will go with the flow :o)

I\'d be somewhat upset if I lost my crystals after I spent so many on a weapon, not that I did this is an entirely hypothetical situation...I probably won\'t spend my crystals anywho though...

its so selfish of you people to love your crystals so much. its being an irrisponsible beta tester. all of you are beta testers if you have even played the game once. so having selfish needs like wanting crystals and throwing fits if you dont keep them in the next version is a selfish, childlike and overall very irrisponsible beta testing.

It\'s not being selfish to want to keep the items you worked for, being selfish would be asking to be paid for beta testing. GIVE ME ITEMS BECAUSE I TOLD YOU ABOUT THAT GLITCH! That\'s selfish...

Ok, here\'s what is probably going to happen:

The script to change your weapons back to crystals is finished. It\'ll be uploaded as soon as the devs have the time to do so. (Hopefully soon)

A rough web form has been made to transfer your crystals to tria, but I don\'t think it\'s finished yet. At the moment, this will be the conversion rate (subject to changes):

1 ruby = 1 tria
1 emerald = 1 octa
1 diamond = 1 circle

I hope this answers all your questions.
Be aware that this is what is PLANNED to happen.
It\'s not 100% definate until is up and running.

That\'s very true, and it was said from the start that all our stuff would be wiped so we would have no advantage over anyone else...but as everyone knows, they changed ideas (which they are allowed to do) and can always change it back to that way whenever they feel like it...such as will our stuff be kept after CB?  That\'s what\'s really important I think, who knows..

EDIT: Wow, crystals will count that much?  I can\'t say I agree with that, circles should be a lot more rare...I was thinking it would be more like 10 ruby = 1 tria, or even 100...but whatever, doesn\'t matter to me :)
