Well seeing as how you\'ve never even played the game your opinion really means squat.  It might suck but at least I\'m gonna wait until I play it to judge it.

Aye, and we\'ll have to wait atleast six months after release. They need atleast half a year to screw it up with unbalanced patches.

yes but i went to the site, looked at all of the rules carefully. and i saw that really teh rules are dumb. also i have seen all the news and dissapointments. and saying that my oppinion is squat is very irrisponsible especialy coming from an experienced poster like yourself. i didnt say your oppinion was wrong but you bashed mine anyways. thats truly wrong and after being on the boards so long i would expect you to know that.

They\'re like 2 or three hours behind est.  So it\'s like 1:05 or 2:05PM.

I guess I\'ll sign up for it since I\'m stuck at home for a while awaiting knee surgery.  Why is it that when you are unable to go out and do a lot of things, you want to go out the worst? It sucks I tell ya!
Signature? I\'m not sigining anything...

Wouldn\'t know what that\'s like.  I spend most of my time indoors.

Thanks for the heads-up; I haven\'t been following the game, but what the hell, might as well see if I can get in beta.  Maybe my 56K will actually be an advantage (a guy can wish, no?)...

Is this going to be an open beta or will a NDA be required, though?  I generally refuse to play NDA betas unless I think it\'ll be this year\'s killer app.

*reads the FAQ, answers his own question*
Bah, it requires a NDA...  Ah, I may sign-up anyway, not like I\'d be accepted...

hmm maybe this is just me, but i like the older versions (ive played everyone ever made up to warcraft 3 reign of chaos). I like them better becuase all the sides were majoritivly equal and you could command alot more people/troops whatever ya wanna call em. I mean in Warcraft 3 they have added heros wich i find an unfair advantage, though i do like the elves. I mean i liked in the old one were you could create the mages to do the spells and priests and actually have boats. the heros just seem to take more away from the game i mean in the old orcs vs humans they were both equal now Night Elves and Undead are both more powerful then orcs and humans combined. well now i can start making my enemys. lol but let me know if the heros vanish in warcraft world of war

That is wrong. Go on Battle.net. Almost everyone plays Orc.

And World of Warcraft, I guess you can say everyone is a \"hero\". It\'s not an RTS game like the other Warcraft games. It\'s an MMORPG.

hmm i didnt know it was an mmorpg. but i cant use battle.net because my comp wont support it very well at all. so i was speaking form playing against the computer it always made the elfs and undead better then the rest so then maybe i will look at wow. thanks for the info davis

ugh i hate the blizard entertainment franchise. always trying to be hip and cool with the geeky fans. before 2002 it was all rts so they made an rts and so far they have 9 or 10 of them. but now they have stoped and made a mmopg since that is the cool thing to do.

PS i know that world of warcraft isnt run by blizzard but it is still blizards franchise
