greetings.
i am comepletly new to this game.  i\'m looking for help concerning what type of character to be.  in other rpgs, i tend to play a 2weapon fighter with minor magic abilities(think ranger in D&D).  if anybody could give me any ideas, i\'d appreciate it.
thanks
uber

you really are new.
Planeshift is pre-Alpha, so it\'s not yet a game.

If there were rules, there should be a rule where, if it says \"Newbie\" under your name, you can only post in the \"Newbie Help\" forum...  Yeah, that\'d be a good rule.

Or maybe make a special rank called \"peanut\" and if you ask a stupid question you are put in it and then only allowed to post in the newbie section...wouldn\'t that be nice :P

Anyways, dude, later in the game, when you get confused, pick what your comfortable with first and then try something new with alt characters is what I suggest.
