Will have?  The game is already further along than you think.  Several of the jobs posted here (Teacher, Trainer, Ranger, Hunter, Warrior, etc.) are already being RP\'d in-game.  All that is lacking is a larger community to create a more tangible need of these things.  Some of these jobs, for sure, will require a bit more framework in-game.  But as an example, what ever happened to the Pie-Lovers Guild? ;)

I\'ve already ended up playing diplomat, recruiter, and counselor.  These alone I think will be enough for me for awhile.  :)

Those are actions and responsibilities, but not career paths.  For instance, if you were known as a diplomat within the community, and people from all guilds and positions called upon your services, then it would be your career path.  Since these are merely responsibilities you have as part of your membership in the dragon council, they aren\'t the core of your career.

Hi,

I believe I\'ll be a sort of jack of all trades/hired hand, the elvish version of a day laborer. :)

EDIT: I three-thousand years (just kidding!), when politics is implemented, I think I\'d like to get involved in that. It would be interesting to be a polititian or political operative.

If by making weapons and armors you can get PP (instead of only slaying stuff), I\'ll be a fully devoted smithy, Armors and Weapons, mainly swords axes and hammers. I think many people say they\'ll be Smithys, but it\'s mainly because, as warriors (for example) they\'d get to make their own weapons, rather than buy them. Since realistically it\'d be very hard to be a warrior (or whatever else) and keep a decent smithing business running, I don\'t expect that much competition. Again, this is only if you get awarded PPs by doing your job as a blacksmith, otherwise improving on my smithing skills would be hard, and I\'d become a adventuring vagabond, exploring the world while trying to make a living out of hunting, running errands, telling stories and so on.

Depends.

My main kran could be a bodyguard/mercenary as i\'m training him to be a warrior with high swordplay skill, strength and agility to end battles quickly.  And he\'s finally managed to find a monster that gives a lot of exp *cough* rouge *cough*. Still a bit short of money though.

My klyros i was thinking of being a deep-sea fisherman as, well he is a fish-like thing with wings.

My stonebreaker, well, a miner/smith.  What else?

Allthough it would be a tough job, I want to be an assasin and poison maker (e.g. most probably alchimist)
Now there would be little competition, however I wonder what demand there will be. :D

For the most part, Vay will probably be a hunter/teaching type...haven\'t decided yet. He may be an explorer, or help guiding people so that accurate world-maps of the realms may be drawn. He may be a ruins chaser/treasure hunter. I have no way of knowing how large the world will be when complete, or what all will be out there, so i\'m just dreaming right now *grin*  However, as to his previous profession, he will probably dabble in alchemy so that he can poison his blades, and perhaps brew up healing potions/antidotes.
