The Noob/Newb Protection Agency is a program to protect users from noobs, and also notify users of up and coming newbs who are very cool and deserve lots of praise. Noobs and newbs are valid if they were created in the past 30 days and under 100 posts. So lets get to it!

My nomination goes to JoeInquisitive of course for Worst noob.

And my nomination for best Newb is Kintal! Congratulations! He already gets lots of respect for his art gallery but he is also very friendly and never has gotten on the bad side of anyone!

Now remember that newbs are good, noobs are bad...

How this will work out is you nominate your favorite newb, and least favorite noob and we will see who has gotten posted the most and at the end of febuary and every other month we will see who got the most votes! Hopefully we can keep this running so I need all of your help! So go find those Noobs and Newbs, and use leathal force with the noobs if you must.

don\'t mean to be mean but, isn\'t it a bit mean to exploit people who are new to the game? I mean how would you feel if you were new to the game but people starting ridiculing you because you were the worst noob.

But im being nice to the good newbs too. Theres a balance. While people new to the game will want to be the best newb they will post usefull things and be nice. And the stinkers knowing they are bad noobs will stop thier evil ways and be nice. Im thinking of adding a most improved noob/newb. That way there will be incentive for getting better.

Dumb noobs are not people, they are a disease intent on destroying the world. They have no feelings. THey must be destroyed before they kill us all.

Seconded.  Go kintall!

Well we dont have to worry about that kiern. I think if they were that bad that they would get banned eventually. So really this Agency is quite full proof IMHO.

Also monketh is that seconded on JoeInquisitive too?

At some point in time we were all noobs.
But I think you guys are the worst noobs. You guys are even more noobish than the noobs that are noobish now. Wasn\'t nice was it? Don\'t make fun of noobs, they are the future. If you have a son or daughter, they\'re also considered noobs in life. You don\'t go saying to your kids, you dumb noob, stop being such a noob in life, uh-uh I don\'t think so.

So noobs praising certain noobs while others are slapped in the face, that\'s really helpful. As the matter of fact, were all still noobs. Have you ever attacked a monster? NO. Have you ever made an item? NO. Picking up crystals that just makes you less noobish. Hey I\'m a noob also. So that means you should also treat people who are new to guilds bad also, while one gets promoted because he\'s cool to be around with and the other who actually sacrifices time to do the guilds chores doesn\'t get promoted and keeps at the same mediocre level all the time.

Whemy you said you try to treat noobs equal, well you contradict yourself. How can you treat noobs equal when your giving one noob lots of praise while you treat the other one like dirt.

Honestly some of you guys don\'t give noobs a chance. When you were a noob most likely almost 99.9% you got help from someone. How would you feel if no one helped you when you were a noob. How about for those guild leaders? When you were a noob what if there was no one to support you in making your guild?

Yes, I\'m protecting noobs. Nothing wrong with them, they become what we eventually call \"l337.\" Without noobs there would be no such thing as you or me because you can\'t be a good player without first being a noob. I don\'t care if you flame me on this, I\'m defending noobs 100%.

I\'m not trying to be the big bad boy standing up and trying to act hardcore. I\'m just making my opinion nice and clear why noobs shouldn\'t be ridiculed or made to feel bad just for our delight.

Although I agree to your votes, whemyfield, please keep in mind that this kind of white-/blacklisting will probably cause trouble.
Different ppl have different opinions, some ppl appear to be rude noobish just because their English isn\'t very good, etc... (it already happend serveral times that newbs/n00bs were mobbed because of their English, not because the question they asked).
The internet is "the terrorists'" most important weapon, they say.
Wrong.
Fear is their most important weapon.

This kind of thing can only cause trouble, and we don\'t need it. It\'s not good to set up some kind of barrier between \'newbies\' and \'oldbies\' and subject them to judgement before they\'ve even had a chance to settle in.
