i\'d probably have to go with some form of sword, preferably a katana of some kind and something smaller and more for defensive purposes in the other hand like a small knife, i guess if i was going for a katana than a tanto in my other hand would be a good suggestion. And why we\'re at it, some throwing stars wouldn\'t go a miss ;) lol

Well, I will be mostly a magic-user of the Cyrstal and Azure ways, but I will also weild a good longsword now and then. Nothing special, all swords get the job done in the hands of the right people.

Wow!!! I\'ve been gone for two months and this thread is still very active. I guess people like big flashy weapons more than they should. :P

i\'m going for katana right now, but if there is a good deathscythe (i like playing i\'m Dead itself:P) i will go for that.
If the katars will be available... then it will become a hard choice for me... duo katars own all with their massive speed :D

I would likely have a scythe on my back just to carry around for no reason... mostly for looks. :) but use a dagger as a main weapon.

(It would be a unique feature if your person had a secondary set of weapons that would be shown on them while you have the primary weapon equiped.  :D Or would that be a bit complicated?)

Hurrah! For my amazing file hosting server :\\ *looks for a better one*

I hate to rant, but a golden axe would be worth more on the market than on the battlefield. XD Gold is a very soft metal that you can bend fairly easily with just your hands. I hope golden weapons turn out to be more for decoration than fighting in CB, it would make sense, despite the fact that there is already a gold falchion for sale in Trokin\'s Very Awesomo Shop of Stuff.

Yes gold is a soft metal. You could quite easily make indentations in a pure gold axe with another piece of metal (like a steel sword for example). It would notch very easily.

As for bending gold with your hands. If it was thin enough yes but you try bending gold bullion with your bare hands.

If the axe was a composite of gold and another strong metal then its quite possible to retain a gold appearance whilst having a strong weapon. If a weapon contained gold then it would be less brittle.

Still gold has its place on the hilt or handle as decoration and markings i do think that it shouldnt be used as the actual blade though unless it was enchanted or something to give it strength. These could possibly be some of the highter class weapons you get on quests

My weapons of choice are my feet! I\'m no fighter! Wherever evil raises its ugly head, you\'ll be sure to spot me somewhere in the distance, running for my life. If all else fails and I am cornered, my voice does well for a defensive tool.

To scream \"HEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!\" :D

No combat at all? Well, I must congratulate you on taking the most extreme opposite of hack-n-slashing :] We have a new good roleplayer here!

Cmhitman gloves are cool. Okay so what if my gloves happen to be gauntlets made of steel braced with a silver coating.  Hand-worn weapons can do a lot of damage.
