soul edge is a sword from the soul caliber games. as such i really doubt the game will have it.
good luck with that swashbuckling.

Well I hope it doesn\'t that would be a nasty lawsuit right there. I had thought that was the case, but I wasn\'t sure and deemed it safer just asking.

I like Red Jelly Beans!

I\'d go with any type of hand-worn melee weapon.

Preferably combat gloves or any type of metal knuckles...
My name is NOT pronounced, \"Kway-per,\" it\'s pronounced \"Kye-per.\"

I\'d choose a couple of nice Kunai(Daggers that double as throwing knives)

If anyone wants to see Christopher Walken dance, then get your hands on the Weapon of Choice video. Very well done, I must say.

 Yes, wonderful video, good actor.

I will use a simple light sword, probably :)

Depends on how the combat system works.  If it\'s a hack n\' slash type of system like Rune (*really, really, really hopes it is!) then I\'ll be using a two handed sword.  If it\'s like EQ combat (press the \"a\" button and sit there as your character does all the work) then I will probably be using a staff as I will be a magic user of some sort.  If it\'s something other than those two, then I couldn\'t tell ya.

If we do have big wavy swords for some reason (rendering them impractical and excessively hard to control), I sincerely hope they are not named \"Flamberge\", as that popular denomination is incorrect.

The typical long swords (and special dueling swords) carried by Knights in the 17th and 18th century were the original \"Flamberges\", which is a derivate from \"Flamboyant\". They received their name from the exquisite patterns and materials of the hilt and pommel, but the structure was very classic. Flamberge was first a moniker given to Sir Renaut de Montauban\'s long sword, in the 8th century.

Nowadays, they call \"Flamberge\" to that huge ondulated sword, which was historically of only ceremonial use back in the 13th century. Experts denominate give it the name of \"Flammards\" or \"Flambards\".

I would personally be pleased to see \"exotic\" weapons such as the schiavona, the katzbalger, the gladius, the smallsword (Descendant of the rapier), the tuck, the cinquedea, and the scramasax.

Well, since I\'m a dwarf, my lifelong partner would be a snuggly little two-sided battleaxe that could slice through enemies like a knife with bread and rip out their innards and they splatter all over the ground and I am getting a little carried away and I\'ll stop.

Wow... I did that... all in one...breath...

I will use mainly swords but different types. When i want to kill stuff quickly a nice big 2 handed sword. When i fight sensibly a Longsword with a shield on the left hand.
Also i will do a bit of ranged attacking with a crossbow

Spears (if there are any.) I\'ll probably play a tank type with heavy armor and a nice long melee weapon. Plus I think spears looks pretty damn cool.

A pair of 1.5 foot / .5 meter axes with a single edge and a spike on the top and the opposite side.  Prettiful.
