Help, I'm TRAPPED

I was running along the wall, jumped on some barrels, over a wall and I am now stuck in a small triangular courtyard.  Starting to feel claustrophobic.  Helllllp.

You can spawn out by typing /spawn if that doesn\'t work then loag out and run the updater then try it again. Hope this helps :)
