WOW!!!! That flag would stur up Conflict... and help us get profit!!!!

Anyways, Zephs logo is awsome! It should definately go on the main page instead of that swordsman!

Q: How many Planeshifters does it take to expalin a simple concept to a newb?
A: Six. Five to argue on who\'s explanation is right, and Moogie to lock the thread.

Cool a healer, we have a deficit at the moment. Sure, just post on our forums and Jaxan will probably send you a welcome email - meet you ingame. Then you will be an apprentice. Time will tell if you are loyal/active enough to become a fully fledged member.

Profit from conflict,
Gold from strife.
There is a price,
On every life.

There is no truth, no meaning. There is no such thing as honour or justice, there is no absoute power. Politics means nothing, good and evil are just abstractions; lies fed to us by our ancestors. Break the cycle, embrace life, find your fortune. We are not heartless, only nihilistic. We believe in comradeship. It is this brotherhood that gives us strength, unites us. Join us as a brother in arms, experience the soldiering life. Feel true strength.

This will sound off-topic but...

I was going to make a post of funny approaches to get some active members, to cheer up a little bit, but I just argued with my father and after all he said and did I\'m really unable to think, I can\'t really say what I\'m feeling because I really can\'t describe that well. After you are said that you are nothing but crap, you are threatened to get beat (and your mother also), that you deserve no respect and that if you want to give your opinion you have to leave the house and get a job (I\'m 16 btw)... way too much agression... too much violence....

Now related to Planeshift -> Guild related:

The melting logo should be applied, it is very nice indeed, and brings what the guild really does: Profit from conflict, the more wars, the better for us. About getting new active members, I believe that many people will try to join all the guilds avaible when CB gets realeased, because some people just check the main page and say \"Not released yet... lets wait a little more\" and ignores the forum. Perhaps the guilds will even suffer from overcrowding...

Sorry to make the post sound as spam, that was not my intention, really sorry (specially to give the devs unecessary work), I\'ll try to keep ontopic as much as I can, sorry about this rant above, could not keep it inside, sorry.

No problem, I\'m glad you did. I like complaining.

Just to stay on topic, for those that do read the forum, the Mercenary Guild is a great guild for anybody who wants to see some combat. Join up.

Hear hear.
And if you like poking enemies to death, join the guild\'s Cerebrus division.  We\'re rather shorthanded.
(read: empty.  Am I the only person who plans to use spears?!)

The cereberus division isnt just spears its more like this: pheonix division = fast offensive assualt division (read:smashy smashy). Cereberus = tactical/defence division, especially fond of spears, formations, tower shields, and maybe heavy armour... To be honest i was quite suprised you chose the cereberus division Keung, I thought you would be better suited for the wraith division. Maybe Kylaska in the Cereberus - big, tactical, heavy armour.

To be fair though no of the divisions have been that well explained yet, I would but its kinda a hectic time being as it is the end of my last year before uni - revision, coursework, sigh...

Yeah, if you are gonna write a big description for each on the divisions, we need to fix those \"holes\" in the site about the divisions...theres also the thing about each division\'s image thingy...we never really decided on a full set. I could probably make some new ones with photoshop some time. I have some really good ideas for the division section on the site :D I just need the info to put on it...

Alright, i will do (write descriptions tonight). I did make a full set of logos, i am not sure if any of them are worth keeping. Anyway, sure make some yourself, just please - not too over the top  :)

I\'m planning to use medium armor rather than heavy, but I\'m all about formations.  Assuming we can get people to follow them, that is.  The few times I\'ve actually seen ORGANIZED team combat in online gaming, it\'s a thing of beauty.  You\'d be surprised what a couple of determined players can do against a team of enemies.  My finest moment was when myself and one other soldier defended the Bridge Crossing level in America\'s Army against a team of six men.

Our casualties: 0
Theirs: 100%
