WHY?????

Why does it always say NO CEL Environment Set Up every time I click on the PSCLIENT?  I don\'t know what this means.... Also, the Initializing World Process goes through in about 2 minutes every time.  But the game usually lags up in about 1 or 2 minutes, and so I wait for a while and then just exit....  One time I didnt get lucky and was able to play for about 20 minutes though, but then it lagged up and I waited for it to clear, but it didn\'t, so i exited....Is everyone getting this lag, or is it just me???  I\'d like to know.  Thanks!  I hope someone can help me so that I can play this game.

Here are some specs on my computer:

512MB RAM - 266MB used, 983MB available
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.0 Ghz processor
Cable internet
NVIDIA GeForce 5600 Graphics Card

i get lag to but it isnt to bad i gust get it it wheni have bin runin for a bit but that is about it i think it may be the game well i am almos sure it is and oh ya nice computer man

Thanks, It\'s pretty new, but I already posted in the Technical Forum, but no1 would reply, so I decided to try my luck in this forum... Sorry if someone got mad.

just a thought i don\'t know alot about computer\'s but i replaced my power supply because my vid card (fx5200) was drawing too much and now my pc run\'s great

On the top of the forums, there are some buttons. There is one with the word \"Search\". Click it. When the new page is loaded, in the square \"Search for Keyword:\" type \"lag\", and get surprised.

Edit: you could check too the \"search for subjects\" box under there, and results would be more surprising
