Just a misplaced thought...

Maby lag will be like the robot equivelent of nightmares in the future...

LOL, Don\'t worry DepthBlade i first must get over the ingame problems before i can start sneaking for crystals!

So plz what could it be: i press the \"up\" key then one 1 minute passes only then i\'m moving forward and all of my actions are that way... :(

As i said i have:
PII-700mhz
256mbram
Nvidia Geforce2Pro 64mb
and LAN internet connection....

what could be a problem just say is it my PC or it\'s ingame lag!

There\'s hardly any such thing as \"in-game lag\" right now. PS uses a very minimal amount of bandwidth. The \'lag\' comes from the unoptimised engine code and several memory leaks, both client and server side. Hopefully these are fixed in future versions.

there\'s nothing one can do except buy more ram, a better gfx...

You might turn the settings at the minimum or try the higher resolutions - strange, but sometimes faster.

the effect of unoptimised engine code mentioned above will manifest as a lag like effect (easy way to tell.. if u select the chatbox and type and nothing comes up for a while before you press enter.. or if animations such as smoke from chimneys are still then it isnt server/connection lag - cos these things are client side)

do u get a lil yellow exclamation sign in yer system tray saying low virtual memory?.. if so its cos of a memory leak (most likely).. make sure yer virtual memory settings allow for a large pagefile

also i note you have an nvidia graphics card... these are notorious for problems with graphics engines... normally i would say get the latest drivers but the dev team may know better on that 1

all that may help... but it might just be that u have to wait for CB to fix some of the issues before you can fully enjoy PS

i would recomend upgrading to 512mb of ram. but other than that it looks good. Im sure my 800mhz or FSB should up the playabilty but untill my internet gets back up i cant really test it...
