In Finland its like
*optional* Senior High School or Vocational school 16-18 (2,5-4 years)
High School (not the american version ... we just call it high school) (would be called Junior High? in USA ... (upper stage)) 13-16 (3 years)
Low School (or just plainly School (lower stage)) 7-13 (6 years)
