bug? FELL OFF MAP

UMM. WELL. I WENT PAST THE CITY WALLS, I KINDA FELL OFF THE MAP SO IM  UNDER THE CITY. IM IN SOME KIND OF MUCK UNDER NEATH EVERYTHING AND I CANT GET OUT. YES I HAVE FALLING AND I CANT GET UP. ANY ONE CAN HELP.. ITS REALLY A BUG PROBLEM, I JUMPED OVER THE WALL AND KEPT GOING, THN I FELL OFF  NO IM STUCK

shift = running, if you want to stop running, don\'t press shift all the time.
